ENVIRONMENTAL SITE ASSESSMENTS (ESA) AND COMPLIANCE AUDITS

At AETI, we are committed to finding cost effective, efficient and greener solutions to solve complex environmental challenges.  AETI provides property and business transaction related environmental assessment services including Phase 1 and Phase 2 Environmental Site Assessment and Compliance Audits in order to minimize liability for all parties involved.

Phase I identifies potential contaminants at a site and its impact to the environment and human health and includes:

• Records review
• Site Inspection
• Interview Process
• Evaluation & Report

If contamination is detected during a Phase I, then a Phase II Site Assessment is performed and includes:

• Soil and/or groundwater sampling and analysis to identify contaminant type and concentrations
• Geologic and hydrologic profiling
• Site Characterization and Summary Report

In the event cleanup is required, corrective action plan is prepared and implemented under regulatory oversight and/or contractual specifications.
